These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Owl Returns website, mobile application, and services (“Services”). By creating an account, scheduling a pickup, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Owl Returns (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a pickup service for online returns. Instead of packing your item, printing a label, and going to a carrier location (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a local pack-and-ship store), our platform allows you to schedule a pickup from your home or business.
For a fee you can schedule a pickup. Additional services such as packaging and return-label printing are available for an additional fee.

You schedule a pickup through the Owl Returns app .
You enter package details and select whether you need packaging or label-printing services.
You upload your carrier-provided shipping label (if needed).
You pay for the pickup and any additional services.
The app generates a unique package number.
On the pickup date, you place your package outside in the designated location and clearly mark it with the number provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that packages are ready for pickup in a safe, accessible location.
If you request:
a. Packaging Services
We will supply the appropriate packaging based on your selected packaging method. If your item does not fit your selected packaging method it may result in additional charges or service refusal.
b. Label-Printing Services
You must upload or send us a valid shipping label issued by the retailer or carrier. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or invalid labels.
Base service fee: $1.00 per package.
Additional fees apply for packaging, box upgrades, label printing, oversized items, or other add-on services.
Fees are displayed during checkout and must be paid in full when scheduling.
All payments are non-refundable once the pickup is completed.
We use secure third-party payment processors. Owl Returns does not store full payment information.
By using our Services, you agree that:
You will provide accurate return information, including carrier requirements.
You will not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.
You will have the item ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
You will ensure packages left outside are in a safe, accessible place.
You understand that we are not responsible for items stolen or damaged before pickup.
If a package is missing, incorrectly labeled, or inaccessible, the pickup may be canceled or incur additional fees.
By using our Services, you agree that:
You will provide accurate return information, including carrier requirements.
You will not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.
You will have the item ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
You will ensure packages left outside are in a safe, accessible place.
You understand that we are not responsible for items stolen or damaged before pickup.
If a package is missing, incorrectly labeled, or inaccessible, the pickup may be canceled or incur additional fees.
The user is solely responsible for uploading a valid return label. Owl Returns is not responsible for returns rejected due to invalid, expired, or incorrect labels.
You may cancel a scheduled pickup up to 2 hours before the pickup window for a partial refund, we will deduct the admin fee.
If our driver arrives and the package is missing, inaccessible, or not properly labeled, the pickup is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The package contains prohibited or hazardous materials.
The item is oversized beyond the selected service.
The provided return label is invalid.
Abuse or fraud is detected.
Owl Returns reserves the right to refuse packages that are hazardous, oversized, improperly labeled, fraudulent, or violate any carrier restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Owl Returns is not liable for loss or damage to packages before pickup or after drop-off at the carrier.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our Services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account.
Keeping your information accurate and up-to-date.We may suspend or delete accounts involved in fraud or mis use.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
